Occupying the area of the former Hannays Mill, Millburn Court is situated in an attractive and peaceful location in Stranraer and benefits from scenic views over Loch Ryan and beyond. Just a 10 minute walk to the town centre, a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and everyday amenities.

Millburn Court consists of 37 self-contained, one-bedroom flats and are accompanied by a communal lounge, with fitted kitchen and communal laundry room.  There is a large shared garden which is perfect for enjoying time outdoors.  A passenger lift services all floors for ease of access to your own home.  Guest rooms are available for friends and family to visit overnight for a small cost and have an ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities.

To ensure the safety and security of residents, each flat is equipped with a door entry system and CCTV is installed in the communal areas.  A Later Living Officer is on site Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, ready to deal with any resident enquiries or concerns.  Should you need emergency assistance, all residents have emergency call facilities via inbuilt assistive technology.  

Residents often enjoy social activities and events, which are led by the Later Living Officer or organised alongside local community groups. 

If that is not for you, you can be as private as you like, knowing assistance is there if you need it.
