The 28 self-contained, one-bedroom flats are accompanied by a communal lounge, with fitted kitchen and a communal laundry room.  There is a large shared garden situated to the rear which is perfect for enjoying time outdoors.  There is also rear access to the communal scooter store shed. A passenger lift services all floors for ease of access to your own home.  Guest rooms are available for friends and family to visit overnight for a small cost and have an ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities.

To ensure the safety and security of residents, each flat is equipped with a door entry system and CCTV is installed in the communal areas.  A Later Living Officer is on site Monday to Friday, ready to deal with any resident enquiries or concerns.  Should you need emergency assistance, all residents have emergency call facilities via inbuilt assistive technology.  

Residents often enjoy social activities and events, which are led by the Later Living Officer or organised alongside local community groups.
