Planned Investment Programme 2026/27 

We are excited to announce our Planned Investment Programme for 2026/27 - the biggest programme Loreburn has ever planned to deliver.

We know that safe, comfortable and affordable homes are a priority for our tenants, and so we have intentionally budgeted to provide upgrades to as many homes as possible.

Our In-House Repairs team will deliver a percentage of the works themselves to be efficient, cost effective and hopefully shape the delivery of our future programmes.

The following programme been tendered to date and our Property Services team are starting to inform tenants of the upcoming works. Please note the programme is subject to change and the works may not be required at all the homes in each development:
