You should appoint a solicitor, who can help to oversee the legal process of the sale of a home
You'll be making mortgage repayments on your share of your home
You'll pay an Occupancy Charge - the higher your share, the lower the Occupancy Charge
We charge a fee for communal maintenance and services, such as lighting and grounds maintenance
Where applicable, management fees are incurred for factoring services
As a shared owner, you'll be responsible for all repairs to your home
You'll be responsible for paying Council Tax
You'll have to provide your own furniture and white goods for your home
You'll be responsible for the payment of all utility bills
While we cover Building insurance, you should take out Home Contents insurance as stated in your Deed of Conditions
