Corporate Services Administration Assistant
Location:
Dumfries & Galloway (primarily home-based with some regional travel)
Salary range:
£22,403 - £28,379 FTE (£17,922 - £22,703 pro-rata, negotiable within range depending on skills and experience) + competitive benefits package
28 hours each week (0.8 FTE) worked Monday to Friday (days/times can be flexible but must include Fridays)
About the role:
This new position will have a key role in the efficient delivery of a wide range of admin and support activities within the People & Culture (P&C) team, while also contributing to the wider Corporate Services functions, including communications, health and safety, and governance.
The role requires someone who is highly organised and IT proficient, who can manage changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a remote workforce.
While the role is home-based, there will be regular travel to Dumfries and occasionally other locations in the region.
Technical Officer: Cyclical & Compliance
Location:
Dumfries & Galloway (home-based with travel)
Salary range:
£31,737 - £39,556 + competitive benefits package
Hours:
Permanent, 35 hours each week, Monday to Friday
About the role:
The role sits within our Investment & Sustainability team and supports the Team Manager in ensuring Loreburn meets all regulatory and legislative responsibilities, particularly in relation to compliance, health and safety and building regulations.
With responsibilities for coordinating and auditing service contracts, the role works closely with contractors, and tenants, to deliver cost-effective services that meet contractual specifications and tenant expectations.
With this comes performance monitoring, managing budgets and maintaining accurate records to inform future planning.
