Millburn Court consists of 37 self-contained one-bedroom flats with communal grassy areas to the front, side and rear of the buildings.  With the beautiful Agnew Park just a 10-minute walk away, and a regular public transport service just outside the property, you’ll never be short of things to do with friends and family.

All flats have access to the two large communal drying facilities at the rear of the property, as well as a main lounge and a well-appointed kitchen area. A passenger lift serves all floors.

To ensure the safety and security of residents, each flat is equipped with a door entry system and CCTV is installed in communal areas. Should you need emergency assistance, all residents have emergency call facilities via inbuilt assistive technology.

A Development Manager is on site Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, ready to deal with any resident enquiries or concerns. They also assist with planning social activities and events, which are often organised alongside local community groups.
