All flats are self-contained with their own entrance. There are no communal facilities at this development other than drying facilities. Outside seating provides a chance to socialise or catch up with neighbours and friends when the Dumfriesshire weather is kind to us!

To ensure the safety and security of residents, each flat is equipped with a door entry system. A Development Manager visits the scheme twice a week and is available 5 days a week via telephone, to deal with any resident queries or concerns. Should emergency assistance be needed, all residents have emergency call facilities via inbuilt assistive technology.
