We are pleased to announce that we are investing £927,221 in our window and door replacement programme commencing in October 2026.
The programme will deliver new windows and doors to eight developments, primarily across the west of our region, improving the quality, comfort and energy efficiency of homes, while enhancing security and appearance for tenants.
This investment forms part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving our housing stock, ensuring homes continue to meet modern standards and provide long-term benefits for tenants, with planned improvement works taking place across:

📍 Newton Stewart
📍 Port William
📍 Isle of Whithorn
📍 Crossmichael
The upgrades are expected to improve thermal performance, reduce draughts and help create warmer, more comfortable homes. The programme represents just one element of our wider investment plans, with continued investment in planned improvements scheduled throughout 2027/28. Future investment will focus on maintaining high-quality homes and delivering further improvements that benefit our tenants.
