Loreburn is committed to listening to tenants and using your feedback to improve our services, in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
To support this, we have appointed an independent research company, Research Resource, to carry out our 3 yearly Tenant Satisfaction Survey in 2026. This work is fully authorised by Loreburn and if you’re a tenant, you may be invited to take part.
The survey will ask for your views on:
- The services we provide
- The information you receive from us
- Your satisfaction with your home and local area
The surveys will take place face to face or by telephone in the coming weeks. If you are visited at your home by a researcher, they will have identification and other documentation to confirm who they are and that they are working on behalf of Loreburn.
The survey is completely confidential and all information you provide is anonymous. If you would like to be contacted by Loreburn afterwards for digital support with the new My Home online service, you will be able to provide your contact details for follow up.
