Instead of focusing on constructing new homes, we are now prioritising upgrading our existing stock. Our programme includes replacements of doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, heating systems, and retrofitting.
Please note that all projects are subject to funding availability and updated information from property surveys. Any postponed works will be prioritised for the following year.
If recent replacements, whether full or partial, have been made to any components intended for your development, your home may be excluded from the programme.
