We will be conducting property inspections in several developments during June 2024 to provide up-to-date valuations for our lender. These inspections will take place at the following locations:
- Garrick Drive, Stranraer
- Baird Drive, Sandhead
- Merrick Road, Castle Douglas
- McAllister Way, Dumfries
- Kirkhill, Johnstonebridge
- Smith Way, Beattock
You may have already received a letter informing you of this.
We have appointed Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to perform these inspections as part of a routine stock value assessment. The inspections will be brief, visual checks and should only take a few minutes, with no disruption to your property.
There is no need to arrange to be at home, as a random selection of properties will be inspected on the day. Taking part is completely voluntary, but your cooperation would be greatly appreciated, and it would be very helpful for the purposes of this survey if you allow JLL staff access to your home.
Each surveyor will carry a photographic ID, which you should request to see before allowing access.
