If you’re a Loreburn tenant, you may receive a visit from Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) during week beginning 24th July.
JLL have been appointed by Loreburn to carry out routine property value surveys throughout the region. The visit will involve a short visual inspection taking only 5 – 10 minutes. The surveyor will need access to the inside of your home, but there won’t be any disruption or the need for you to move any furniture or belongings.
Participation is voluntary and there is no need to make any specific arrangements to be at home as a random selection of properties will be chosen.
