Robert and Shona Donnelly, of Quarry Place, Clarencefield are celebrating 36 years in their bungalow this year. Robert was working on site when the properties were being built and knew that the development would be ideal for them.
Robert said:
“It is a small, quiet neighbourhood and we have seen many people come and go, but have made good friends along the way.There is a local community newsletter that keeps everyone informed of coffee mornings and there is a flower show.
We recently had a new heating system and solar panels installed which we are delighted with - we have always received a good service.
We have enjoyed being Loreburn tenants, had a happy experience and have no intentions to move.”
