Starting tomorrow, Tuesday 17 September, we're launching our upgraded telephone system.
One of the main benefits of our new system is that you will be able to reach us at 01387 321300 for both repairs and customer service. This eliminates the need for separate numbers and simplifies the process of getting in touch with us. We're also upgrading our live chat system and reviewing and enhancing our chatbot for better service.
Further down the line, we will be introducing a new feature that allows us to take payments securely over the phone at the first point of contact. This means faster, more convenient transactions without the need to be transferred to specific Income Officers for payments. This new system also improves security for all phone payments.
These upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible service. While we don't expect any disruptions, we appreciate your understanding as we adjust to these new systems.
