In-House Repairs Operatives work a 34 hour week, worked over 4 days between 8am and 5pm, with a long weekend every 5 weeks.

Alternative to a 34-hour week. Currently being trialled through 2025, staff have 49 hours (pro-rata) in the year to support flexibility and work/life balance
