Katie Hryschko

Katie is an experienced HR and business change professional and brings extensive HR Director experience across both public and private sectors where she has also served on executive management teams.  Her career spans large and small companies, including financial services, retail, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organisations.  

Katie’s expertise covers all facets of HR, including business and culture transformation, performance management, talent development, employee reward, engagement, and diversity and inclusion. With a specialisation in business and people change, she has successfully led HR strategies that have driven significant business transitions, alongside organisational design and change initiatives. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Katie volunteers with Cranfield Trust, where she supports businesses in the charitable and third sector. Outside of work, Katie enjoys travel, running and animals. She enjoys managing her smallholding, which is home to a variety of animals.
