You should appoint a solicitor, who can help to oversee the legal process of the sale of a home
You'll be making mortgage repayments on your share of your home
You'll pay an Occupancy Charge - the higher your share, the lower the Occupancy Charge
We charge a fee for communal maintenance and services, such as lighting and grounds maintenance
We charge a management fee for factoring services
As a shared owner, you'll be responsible for all repairs to your home
You'll be responsible for paying Council Tax
You'll have to provide your own furniture and white goods for your home
You'll be responsible for the payment of all utility bills
Building insurance will be arranged by us, where applicable, and charges will apply. You will be invoiced quarterly. Contents insurance should be arranged by you.
