Joiner Multi-Trade Operative

Location:

Dumfries & Galloway (Dumfries Area covering Postcodes DG1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 (agile with travel across the region)

Salary range:

£30,990 – £34,399 FTE with annual incremental progression. £17.53 per hour. Starting salary will be based on skills and experience. Additional payments for on call (£180.25 per week) + call outs paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.

Hours:

34 hour week, worked over 4 days between 8am and 5pm and enjoy a rota that allows long weekend downtime every 5 weeks.

The Role

You’ll be joining a team of Skilled operatives working both independently and as part of a team carrying out reactive and void works, kitchen replacements as well as other multi-skilled duties which include, basic plumbing, minor plastering repairs, decoration etc. You’ll need to hold a clean valid UK driving licence as you will be required to drive as part of this role. Loreburn will provide you with a fully stocked Loreburn van, tools, PPE and mobile technology you’ll need to carry out the role.
