Our updated policy reflects our commitment to valuing your complaint. It seeks to resolve dissatisfaction as close as possible to the point of service delivery and to conduct thorough, impartial and fair investigations.
To make the complaints process as transparent as possible, we have also created a customer guide which outlines our procedure and how to make a complaint. It also tells you about our service standards and what you can expect from us.
