Coffee & catch up

Our coffee & catch up sessions are more than just grabbing a bite to eat and something to drink.

They’re a social occasion too! They offer the our customers a safe and friendly meeting place to relax and socialise with others.

It gives those who may be feeling isolated or lonely the opportunity to get out of their home and enjoy a coffee and a cake with peers. It also gives them something to regularly look forward to - our catch ups are a weekly occurrence.

How does it work?

There's nothing like a coffee and a chat to keep friends and neighbours connected.

Each week, we'll be encouraging our Later Living customers to meet with us in their communal lounge. You'll be spending your time helping to make and serve hot drinks, and offering around cake - don't forget to save yourself a slice too!

After everyone has settled, you'll have the time to chat to our some of our customers. These sessions have the potential to provide a lifeline of friendship for our residents and the regular, warm, friendly chats provide a vital link with the outside world.

This is a fun and rewarding role which will enable you to connect with our customers and make a real, lasting difference to their lives.
