Cameron Kirkpatrick

Cameron, a CIPD certified human resources professional, brings extensive experience advising and partnering with leadership and managers across all HR functions.   His expertise includes strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent management, and organisational development. He has substantial experience of navigating complex regulatory environments and implementing best practices that drive organisational success.  

As an HR Business Partner for Europe and further afield, he supports international businesses in ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and governance across diverse geographical regions. 

Cameron is keen to support a not-for-profit organisation within his local community.  As a Loreburn Management Committee member, he aims to ensure tenants are provided with the best possible services, while also ensuring Loreburn is an inclusive workplace that is able to attract and retain a high-performing workforce.
