Alan Gardiner 

Alan joined the Committee in January 2025, having recently returned to Dumfries and Galloway following a career in the civil construction industry in New Zealand and Singapore. Alan has experience of multi-million-pound projects through all stages, from planning and pre-construction to delivery and post completion maintenance. With experience in project management and partnership working, Alan brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the committee with a strong a drive to deliver the best outcomes whilst achieving value for money for tenants. 

Having recently returned to the area, Alan is keen to give back to the community and support the delivery and management of good quality, affordable housing.
