Struggling To Pay Your Rent?

We know it can be a difficult and stressful time if you do fall behind with your rent, but please do not ignore it, talking to us is an important first step.  If you're struggling to keep up with your rent payments please contact us straight away and a member of our Income Team will see how we can help.

If you find yourself in rent arrears we will help by agreeing an affordable payment plan in order to clear your account and get you back on track. However, you need to be realistic about how much you can afford to pay, we don't want you to agree to any arrangement that will cause unnecessary stress.

If you fail to adhere to an agreed payment plan and do not work with us to try and recitify your arrears we will take legal action, which may risk your tenancy.

Help us to help you, by keeping us up to date with changes in your circumstances. The sooner we know there is a problem, the more we can do to help you resolve it.
