Lifecycle Programme

The Planned Maintenance team are responsible for maintaining your home in good condition by carrying out planned upgrade works to ensure your home meets the Scottish Housing Quality Standard. These works include a number of replacement programmes from kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors to roofs and passenger lifts.

These components have an anticipated lifecycle which is used to inform our Planned Maintenance programmes as shown in the table below:
