Our Customers Are Our Primary Focus

At Loreburn we provide more than just properties, we provide GREAT homes for you and your family. We have a dedicated team who work with our customers to ensure we can achieve our vision of creating GREAT places to live. Loreburn’s customers are provided with a wraparound service by our different teams within the organisation and we strive to deliver an excellent customer service experience.

We work in partnership with Dumfries and Galloway Council, local Health Services, Scottish Government and other agencies to provide a GREAT service for our customers and support them in their day to day lives.

Each development has a Housing & Community Engagement Officer who deals with any tenancy related issues you may have including, but not limited to; Anti-Social Behaviour Issues, Changes to Your Tenancy, Mutual Exchanges, help with applying for a Transfer, and Community Events or Seeking Support.

Each development also has a Income Services Officer who can assist with all types of financial queries, including your rent and any other household debts.
