Based in our Dumfries office, we are looking for a highly motivated and innovative person to join our team. This role involves delivering the Asset Management’s planned and cyclical works programmes. This includes supervising contracts to ensure projects are completed in the most efficient way in accordance to the contract documentation, performance and technical specifications. This role also requires you to work as part of a team to deliver the asset management strategy and provide excellent customer service and results.  

Candidates should have 3 or more years’ experience working in property services and be educated to a good standard and hold a HNC level qualification in building, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Bank Relief Supported and Sheltered Housing Advisors (West of the Region)

£12.43 per hour

You will assist and empower customers to live dignified, independent lives, across both the older and young people’s services. You will do this by delivering customer led services to people with a range of support needs, ensuring the service is appropriate to their specific requirements. You will be expected to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, support wider initiatives and drive service improvements. You will work collaboratively with a range of partners and external agencies to ensure customers are offered an exceptional customer experience.

You will be part of the pool of relief staff who will be offered shifts dependent on the needs of the service e.g. to cover staff holidays and sickness. 

Ideally you would have a SVQ Social Care qualification or be willing to work towards this. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG scheme.
