Head of Housing
Salary: up to £55,684 (Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience)

Due to an internal structural change this opportunity for Head of Housing has been created to take forward the Strategic vision and Corporate Plan set by the Management Committee. The post holder will lead and develop the Housing and Support Services, delivering key objectives and priorities as set by the Management Committee and the Executive Management Team. The job will be fast paced and interesting.

The candidate we are looking for will have be an innovative thinker with an exceptional track record of people management, a strong commitment to excellence, especially around the customer experience, and a track record of driving through improvements. The candidate will be able to interpret and drive big picture thinking within a culture of empowerment and innovation.
The post reports to the Director of Operations. We acknowledge this is a demanding role but believe it is also an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a real step change to the way services are delivered to our customers.
