Later Living - Annan

Lady's Well

Built in 1987, Lady’s Well in Annan has 20 self contained flats which are designed to meet the needs of elderly people.  With easy access to the town centre and local amenities and situated near to the River Annan, Lady’s Well offers independent living for older people, within a safe and supported environment.  24-hour emergency care assistance via an alarm support is provided in addition to having CCTV in operation.

Within the development, communal areas including a lounge, laundry facilities and well kept gardens allow for interaction, socialising and relaxation.  There is a lift on site for easy access to and from different floors, and guest bedrooms are also available in which visitors can stay.

Our Sheltered Housing Advisors are on hand to provide assistance and focus on each individual’s wellbeing and independence.  They can help to arrange suitable support provision, assist in emergencies, and encourage you to remain active in your local community.

Social activities and events are held regularly, providing entertainment, company and companionship for those that wish to attend.  Coffee mornings, Bingo, Quiz nights, musical entertainment and day trips are all well attended and much enjoyed.
