I’ve been lucky enough to secure a secondment employment as a Later Living Development Manager and it's been a truly amazing experience.
I've had a wonderful time working at Loreburn and have felt supported by my team every step of the way. There have been several challenges to overcome, but each one has offered a unique learning experience I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to encounter otherwise.
Both my self-confidence and professional skills have grown tremendously since becoming a Modern Apprentice and I really would encourage anyone considering the programme to go for it! The opportunity for learning and growth is invaluable.
