This service will be tailored to each individual and aim to help develop their skills and qualifications, following the 5 Stage Employability Pipeline, in order for them to pursue their career aspirations.

Our Employability Key Worker will work with each young person to overcome any barriers to employment they may face, offering guidance and structured support for them to access opportunities for learning, training, and volunteering.

Loreburn will be working in partnership with a number of local agencies who can offer specialist support to further develop each individual’s skills as they progress toward employment.

In addition to coordinating these resources and signposting to appropriate agencies, our Employability Key Worker aims to establish good working relationships with local employers to allow for the creation of tailored workplace opportunities.

If you would like to make use of this service or find out more information, please contact our Employability Key Worker David Ewing on 01776233101, 07593530315, or DavidE@loreburn.org.uk
