I lead the Asset Management team and we are responsible for ensuring that Loreburn Housing Association’s assets are maintained to the standards required, by statute and our service standards This includes, Reactive Repairs, Works during the void period (empty homes) , External and common area decorations, Compliance servicing, Grounds Maintenance, Adaptation works and Planned improvement works. To help us do this we use the information and features of our Asset Management database.
We focus on achieving value for money, managing our projects, contractor partners, with support from consultants should we require it. All balanced against our aims on quality of service and meeting our customer’s expectations.
