Paying Your Rent
Your rent is due every week, in advance.
Allpay cards are provided to every tenant at sign up, if you do not have an Allpay card or if you have misplaced or lost your card please contact us to request a new one.

Pay with your debit card in your local Loreburn Office or over the phone.
Set up a direct Debit with your bank.
Pay by cash or cheque in you local office, or when your Income Officer visits you at your home. Please DO NOT send cash in the post.
Are you eligible to claim any Benefits?
New benefit claims may be processed via Universal Credit - Ask your Income Service Officer for more information.
