Our Repair Service

Loreburn Housing Association and Enterprising DG (formally DG First) work in partnership to deliver a first class repairs service to our customers, attending to everything from the day to day maintenance of our properties to emergencies repairs.

If you would like to report a repair you can do so by calling our 24 hour repair line on 01387 271 221, by using our report a repair icon and following the instructions, or by sending us an email.

Although our repair line is available 24 hours a day please be aware you will be charged for any non emergency repairs reported out with our normal working hours, of Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.

Remember as a Loreburn tenant we do expect you to carry out some minor repairs in your home, again if we are called out to a repair which is your responsiblity we will charge you.  If you are unsure which repairs you are responsible for please see the document below.
