Our Vision, Mission & Objectives

Loreburn’s Vision is “Creating great places to live” and our Mission is "Working Together".

We are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator.  The Regulator governs all Registered Social Landlords and local authority housing providers in Scotland.  Their aim is to safeguard and promote the interests of current and future tenants of social landlords, people who are, or may become, homeless, and people who use housing services provided by registered social landlords and local authorities.

The primary activity of Loreburn is housing and property management.  We currently manage over 2,500 homes throughout Dumfries & Galloway.

Our Vision is to create great places to live in Dumfries & Galloway.  In order to achieve our Vision and Mission, we listened to our colleagues, customers and stakeholders and created the following set of corporate aims which are linked to our Vision.

We aim to help communities across Dumfries & Galloway, and the people who live in them, achieve the best quality of life they can by improving their housing and the opportunities available to them.  We do this by working in partnership with the Council, local Health Services and other agencies, and the Scottish Government.

Our objective is to achieve the best we can for our customers and our communities with all the resources we have available to us.
